Licensed Practical Nurse I, II, or III – Salary range: $30,000 – $37,000. Must have possession of a valid LPN license.

Licensed Counselor – Woodward, Alva, Guymon Outpatient & Lighthouse Substance Abuse Services – Salary $45,550. Must possess a license as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC or similar license in the behavioral health field or may be license eligible or under supervision.

Patient Care Assistant – Salary $24,708.20. Primarily assist other patient care staff in performing various functions and work under close supervision.
