Choice Insurance Group of Alva, Oklahoma, has a job opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position.  

Responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls, Filing, Taking payments, Submitting claim, Quoting some personal lines insurance, Scheduling appointments for both insurance and real estate, Maintaining website and Facebook page, Processing outgoing mail., and Making daily deposits.

 Starting pay is based on experience but will range from $9 to $12. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Employees are off for 6 Federal Holidays plus 7 additional personal/sick days plus day after Independence Day, Day after Thanksgiving, two days before Christmas OR the two days after Christmas, half day on Good Friday and half day on New Year’s Ever, all paid.

 No health benefits are offered.
