Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Enter and process invoices for encumbrance and payment into software program
Reconcile billing statements
Communication with all departments and external vendors
Preparing reports for audits
Monitor payment schedules for timely payments
Resolve any payment discrepancies with vendors
Other jobs or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Accounts payable knowledge and experience preferred
Attention to detail
Time management
Communication and problem solving skills
Computer knowledge and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be drug free
Must be willing to work Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm
