Today you will be completing a Google Doc named Electrical – iCAP Planning Document. Please provide very detailed answers to the questions. Some of the questions are designed to also prompt you into updating some sections of your resume. Be sure to update your resume as needed to add information such as awards, honors, and certifications earned during this school year. When you have completed the document, print it and put it in your notebook.
Be sure to update your resume with any awards, honors, achievements, certifications, etc. you have earned such as National Technical Honor Society, Oklahoma Honor Society, NWTC Student of the Quarter, NWTC Perfect Attendance of the Quarter, Oklahoma BPA Contest Qualifier, etc.

Login Instructions
Students of the Northwest Tech Campus – Alva may access their user accounts at https://www.virtualjobshadow.com/login/AC5760/users/?. Students will use the same username and password as used for WorkKeys assessments. Usernames (except for a few students) will be your FirstnameLastname. Your password will be a six digit number representing your birthdate such as 020503 if you were born on February 5, 2003. If you need assistance with your username and password, please let Mrs. Frascht know. Usernames and passwords should be recorded in the Passwords Google Sheet I have provided in the Google Drive folder I have Shared with you for the Career Center.
Students will complete the Ethics in the Workplace – 2022-2023 School Year Assignment in Virtual Job Shadow. After completing and submitting the assignment, be sure to download and print the completed assignment.
ODCTE State Testing
The CareerTech Testing Center works closely with instructors, industry representatives and credentialing entities to identify and develop assessments and assessment preparation materials that are aligned with recognized industry standards.
Study guides are designed to help students prepare for the assessments. Each study guide includes information about the assessments within a content area, the standards upon which each assessment is based, test plans, practices questions and test-taking strategies. Many study guides also include a crosswalk to instructional materials that may be used during instruction or when studying for assessments.
CTTC assessments are directly aligned to assessments needed to obtain credentials that are required and/or valued by industry. Assessments measure how well the student has mastered the content deemed important by industry, and while passing a CTTC assessment is no guarantee of future success, it does provide an indication of whether or not the student is ready for certification or licensure.

You will be taking the Commercial/Industrial Electrician’s Assistant (3201) Exam on Friday, April 14. If you do not pass you may retake the exam on Friday, April 28.
You will be taking the Residential Electrician’s Assistant (3202) Exam on Friday, April 21. If you do not pass you may retake the exam on Friday, May 5.
