Assignment for today

Before break you completed two activities in Pathful (used to be Virtual Job. Shadow).  The first was a Lifestyle Calculator which gave you a yearly amount you need to make to support your lifestyle choices using the Lifestyle Calculator.  The second was a Career Interest Survey which ranked Career Clusters based on your answers to questions.  Using these two activities plus information from Pathful about careers and other information, complete the Google Doc I put in your Shared Google Drive folder that is named “Icap Planning Document High School Students”. Think about what career you want to pursue… will it possibly support your desired lifestyle, will you need additional education beyond high school, where will you obtain that education and how much will it cost and does your school choice have the training you need for that career or are you just wanting to go to that school for other reasons.  Print the Google Doc when you are finished.

Before Christmas Break did we cover Digital Badges? If not, please ask me how you may be able to add virtual badge information to your resume. Badges you may be eligible to receive are ACT WorkKeys and ODCTE Fundamentals of Tech.
