We’re looking for a warm, motivated, and reliable Nanny to care for our two sweet boys — ages 2 years and 5 months — in our home. I work from home and am seeking someone who can lovingly support their daily care and growth while keeping our home environment tidy and organized.
About Our Family
Our boys are truly a joy. Our 2-year-old is intellectually bright, curious, and tractor-obsessed. He has spina bifida, so while he currently isn’t walking, he’s eager to learn and play in ways that match his abilities. Our 5-month-old is a happy baby who loves to be engaged. We value kindness, patience, and creating a nurturing environment that encourages both boys’ development.

Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, nurturing care to both children throughout the day
• Plan age-appropriate activities to support developmental milestones (playtime, reading, crafts, sensory activities, etc.)
• Assist with daily routines including naps, feedings, and diaper changes
• Wash and put away the boys’ laundry
• Wash and sterilize bottles
• Light housekeeping including:
• Vacuuming and sweeping floors
• Mopping as needed
• Dusting common areas
• Tidying play and living spaces
• Support mobility and therapy activities for the 2-year-old (with guidance)

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a nanny or worked in childcare (infants and toddlers)
• Compassionate, patient, and creative with a genuine love for children
• Comfortable working in a home where a parent works remotely
• Able to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Must be reliable, responsible, and motivated to engage with the kids throughout the day
• CPR/First Aid certified a plus
• Comfortable supporting a child with special needs

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (specific hours to be discussed)
