This career option prepares high school students to become licensed cosmetologists. Students will be prepared for employment in the cosmetology field by teaching the curriculum, skills and work behaviors governed by the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering. Students practice hair cutting and styling, coloring and permanent waving, as well as performing facials and performing manicures and pedicures.
