Northwest Technology Center currently has the following  job opening:

Biomedical Sciences Instructor for the Alva Campus:

Northwest Technology Center is seeking a full-time, 10-month Biomedical Sciences Instructor for the Alva Campus.  This position will be responsible for instruction, curriculum development, and operation of the Biomedical Sciences program for secondary students on the Alva Campus. Applicants must hold a BS degree in Biological Sciences or a related area, hold or qualify for an Oklahoma State Department of Education Standard Certificate in Secondary Biology or Biological Sciences, hold or be willing to obtain a Project Lead the Way Certification in Biomedical Sciences, and hold or be willing to obtain an Advanced Placement Certification.  Experience teaching secondary students in Science is required with working knowledge of technology center programs preferred.  Preference will be given for licensure or certification in a health care profession with at least three years’ related work experience or experience teaching courses for health programs.
