A. Superintendent’s announcement that Josh Anderson waived his right to a hearing in reference to the recommendation for Mr. Anderson’s non-reemployment for the 2021-2022 school year on the basis of a reduction-in-force resulting from the elimination of the Collision Repair Program.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the Superintendent’s recommendation for the non-reemployment of Josh Anderson for the 2021-2022 school year on the basis of a reduction-in-force, with acknowledgment that Mr. Anderson waived his right to a hearing before the Board with respect to the recommendation.
