I received a call from Lindsay Colton today. She is looking for a person to take care of her two boys within her home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re looking for a warm, motivated, and reliable Nanny to care for our two sweet boys \u2014 ages 2 years and 5 months \u2014 in our home. I work from home and am seeking someone who can lovingly support their daily care and growth while keeping our home environment tidy and organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our boys are truly a joy. Our 2-year-old is intellectually bright, curious, and tractor-obsessed. He has spina bifida, so while he currently <\/a>isn\u2019t walking, he\u2019s eager to learn and play in ways that match his abilities. Our 5-month-old is a happy baby who loves to be engaged. We value kindness, patience, and creating a nurturing environment that encourages both boys\u2019 development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide attentive, nurturing care to both children throughout the day<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Plan age-appropriate activities to support developmental milestones (playtime, reading, crafts, sensory activities, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assist with daily routines including naps, feedings, and diaper changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Wash and put away the boys\u2019 laundry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Wash and sterilize bottles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Light housekeeping including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Vacuuming and sweeping floors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Mopping as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Dusting common areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Tidying play and living spaces<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Support mobility and therapy activities for the 2-year-old (with guidance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prior experience as a nanny or worked in childcare (infants and toddlers)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Compassionate, patient, and creative with a genuine love for children<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Comfortable working in a home where a parent works remotely<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Able to maintain a clean and organized environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Must be reliable, responsible, and motivated to engage with the kids throughout the day<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 CPR\/First Aid certified a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Comfortable supporting a child with special needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
