You may earn badges by passing all three WorkKeys exams or ODCTE exams. When you pass an exam that qualifies you for a badge, you should receive and email with instructions on how to set up an account with Credly. This will be due after the beginning of the new year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Scholarships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lawntrepreneur Scholarship ~ Due December 31, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lawntrepreneur Scholarship is our way of funding tomorrow\u2019s top entrepreneurs. Maybe you sowed the seeds of your entrepreneurial spirit by starting a lawn care company in high school. Maybe you\u2019re planning on building the next big landscaping company. Either way, if you&#8217;ve got the entrepreneurial bug in you, then we want to help fund your dream. We\u2019re fixing the large and disorganized lawn care industry, and we\u2019re willing to grant $1000 to any student we believe has the potential to change the world through entrepreneurship. If you are interested in starting your own business, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer the scholarship to a student each semester. The entry for the Fall semester is May 1st to August 20th and it&#8217;s open for the Spring semester from August 31st to December 31st.. With permission from the district, a representative of the OSSBA Foundation will present the student with the scholarship during the school\u2019s spring award or class day assembly.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This scholarship honors the memory and legacy of Dr. Bob Mooneyham, who began his career as a teacher, coach and guidance counselor, before becoming a school superintendent and college professor. He served as executive director of OSSBA for 25 years \u2013 from 1975 to 2000. From the Capitol to the classroom, he was a respected and caring professional who made a difference in the lives of students across the state.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mooneyham, who passed away in 2012, is honored annually during the OSSBA Bob Mooneyham Memorial Golf Tournament. Proceeds from past and future tournaments will be used to fund the scholarship in his name.
