- Applicants must be registered and paid members of SkillsUSA for the 2025-2026 school year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Applicants must NOT<\/strong> be former Make Your Mark scholarship recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Applicants must be planning to enroll in one of the following programs for SPRING 2026:\n
\n- Community college<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Technical college<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Certificate program<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Apprenticeship program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Applicants must be continuing their education\/training in one of these pathways:\n
\n- Construction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Transportation, Distribution and Logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Telecommunications Cabling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Electronics Technology or Industrial Engineering Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If selected to receive a scholarship award, recipients must submit a \u201cScholarship Acceptance Form\u201d by the deadline of March 9,2026 that includes:\n
\n- Agreement to scholarship terms and conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Official documentation that verifies the recipient\u2019s request for aid (official tuition bill, on-campus housing bill, cost of attendance statement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- A written or video-recorded message of thanks to the scholarship sponsor, Aerotek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Based on the estimated costs of the educational program and experience documented on the application, students will be eligible for a one-time award up to $5,000 for SPRING 2026 ONLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selection Process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Policies and Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Applicants must NOT<\/strong> be a former Make Your Mark scholarship recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The SkillsUSA-Aerotek \u201cMake Your Mark\u201d Scholarship cannot<\/strong> be awarded to support completion of a 4-year bachelor\u2019s degree program or master\u2019s degree program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Applicant must be a high school senior or a current or enrolling college\/postsecondary student who is expecting a tuition bill or who has documented direct educational costs for the SPRING 2026 <\/strong>academic term ONLY (tools, PPE, on-campus or housing bill) for the SkillsUSA-Aerotek \u201cMake Your Mark\u201d Scholarship to be paid out the student\u2019s postsecondary institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Applicants must be registered and paid members of SkillsUSA for the 2025-2026 school year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Completion of this application and\/or eligibility does not guarantee selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- SkillsUSA-Aerotek may rescind a scholarship if:\n
\n- A recipient does not respond to communications from SkillsUSA\/Aerotek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- A recipient fails to submit the Scholarship Acceptance Form by the required deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- A recipient uploads incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation as part of the Scholarship Acceptance Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- SkillsUSA-Aerotek finds that the recipient\u2019s tuition and other eligible educational expenses for SPRING 2026 have already been paid in full via other sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
