Northwest Technology Center students who wish to apply must download the PDF file at\u00a0 https:\/\/osig.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2024-2025-OSIG-Scholarship-Form.pdf<\/a> and submit the document to Mrs. Frascht, NWTC Alva Career Center Coordinator by February 19, 2025.\u00a0 Only ONE final applicant will be submitted to OSIG.\u00a0<\/strong> Students DO NOT submit any materials to OSIG or the OSIG website.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 All applications must go thru Mrs. Frascht at the Alva Campus or Mrs. Koehn at the Fairview Campus.<\/p>\n

Complete an application by filling out the form, and submitting the following items to Mrs. Frascht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • Include copies of seven semester (grades 9-12) transcripts.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Three completed letters of recommendation from responsible adults. One letter written by a school employee on school letterhead.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide ACT\/SAT test scores if they are not included in transcripts.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Complete a 750 word essay explaining your academic and\/ or professional goals and how you will use this scholarship to help achieve your goals.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide a copy of acceptance letter(s) to college(s).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Both you and the superintendent of NWTC must sign if you are selected as the final submission for NWTC.<\/span><\/li>\n
