The 16 Personalities Assessment covers the personality traits of individuals: mind, energy, nature, tactics, and identity\u00a0and it covers relationships,\u00a0workplace habits, strengths, and weaknesses.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Mind<\/strong>\u00a0aspect shows how we interact with our surroundings.\u00a0<em><strong>Introverted (I)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals prefer solitary activities and get exhausted by social interaction. They tend to be quite sensitive to external stimulation in general.\u00a0<em><strong>Extraverted (E)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals prefer group activities and get energized by social interaction.\u00a0 They tend to be more enthusiastic and more easily excited than introverts.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Energy<\/strong>\u00a0aspect determines how we see the world and process information.\u00a0<em><strong>Observant (S)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals are highly practical, pragmatic, and down-to-earth.\u00a0 They tend to have strong habits and focus on what is happening or has already happened.\u00a0<strong><em>Intuitive (N)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0individuals are very imaginative, open-minded and curious.\u00a0 They prefer novelty over stability and focus on hidden meanings and future possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Nature<\/strong>\u00a0aspect determines how we make decisions and cope with emotions.\u00a0<em><strong>Thinking (T)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals focus on objectivity and rationality, prioritizing logic over emotions.\u00a0 They tend to hide their feelings and see efficiency as more important than cooperation.\u00a0\u00a0<em><strong>Feeling (F)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals are sensitive and emotionally expressive.\u00a0 They are more empathic and competitive than Thinking types and focus on social harmony and cooperative.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Tactics<\/strong>\u00a0aspect reflects our approach to work, planning and decision-making.\u00a0<em><strong>Judging (J)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals are decisive, thorough, and highly organized. They value clarity, predictability and closure, preferring structure and planning to spontaneity.\u00a0<em><strong>Prospecting (P)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals are very good at improvising and spotting opportunities.\u00a0 They tend to be flexible, relaxed nonconformists who prefer keeping their options open.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Identity\u00a0<\/strong>aspect underpins all others, showing how confident we are in our abilities and decisions.\u00a0<em><strong>Assertive (A)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals are self-assured, even-tempered and resistant to stress.\u00a0 They refuse to worry too much and do not push themselves too hard when it comes to achieving goals.\u00a0<em><strong>Turbulent (T)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0individuals are self-conscious and sensitive to stress.
