  1. Do not log in to any Apple iCloud, Mac Mail or other personalization accounts except Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Gmail. Everyone uses the same Mac user account so please do not customize the user account to your settings which means do NOT add you Google profile setting<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Login to gmail and then go to Apps\u00a0 icon then select Google Drive<\/strong> <\/em>or a profile could automatically be created for you and the bookmarks may not be available to the next person.<\/li>\n
  2. This year\u2026 no rotating computers if possible! I will document which computer you are setting at. This will be important if anyone gets sick and we need documentation of who they have sat by.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    VirtualJobShadow.com offers engaging career exploration resources and tools all on one user-friendly website.\u00a0 \u00a0Staff and students of the Northwest Tech Campus \u2013 Alva may access their user accounts at\u00a0https:\/\/www.virtualjobshadow.com\/login\/AC5760\/users\/?<\/a><\/strong>. Students will use the same username and password as used for WorkKeys assessments. Usernames (except for a few students) will be your FirstnameLastname. Your password will be a six digit number representing your birthdate such as 020503 if you were born on February 5, 2003. If you need assistance with your username and password, please let Mrs. Frascht know.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Oklahoma high school students are now held accountable for several Oklahoma ICAP activities before they may graduate.\u00a0 One of the requirements is students must complete at least one career and interest survey per year in grades 9-12.\u00a0 High School students need to complete the following career assessments:<\/div>\n

    • Sophomores – Career Clusters Interest Survey EZ Assessment<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Juniors – Career Clusters Interest Survey Assessment and O*Net Interest Profiler Assessment<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Seniors -Career Clusters Interest Survey EZ Assessment and O*Net Work Importance Locator Assessment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. After completing the required assessment(s), download the PDF file for with your results preferably to\u00a0the Alvacc2023 folder on the desktop in the folder for your class and then in your folder.\u00a0 If these folders have not yet been created, please ask for help doing so.\u00a0 Name the results file(s) with your first and last name and the name of the assessment.<\/li>\n
      2. Upload the PDF file to the Shared Google Drive folder I created for you by going to Google Drive (do NOT log in to your Google Profile though)…. then Shared with Me… then search for or find the file folder with your first and last name and Alvacc2023.<\/li>\n
