Scholarships<\/h3>\n

I will periodically post scholarship information given to me.\u00a0 You may view the scholarship information on the Career Center website (www.nwtech.edu\/alvacc) by selecting Announcements on the menu then in the Categories box at the right of the page selecting the Scholarships box.\u00a0 It may take a few seconds to load. You will have to click on the heading for each individual post to view all the information regarding a scholarship posted.<\/p>\n

Students should have completed and printed\u00a0 a resume, cover letter, and envelope.\u00a0 Some have started the job application assignments.\u00a0 If you need assistance with the resume or cover letter, you will need to refer back to an older announcement\u00a0http:\/\/nwtech.edu\/alvacc\/auto-tech-12-10-21\/<\/a>.\u00a0 If you have completed all the previously assigned with along with the job application work, you are ready to start on the 16Personalities.com assignment.\u00a0 \u00a0I realize the afternoon students have a much shorter time period for Career Center but I still want you to complete many activities. Thank you for staying on task so we can accomplish as much as possible during the short time period.<\/p>\n

If you are starting the job application assignment today, be sure to ask me for help with downloading and saving to the correct location before you start entering information.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Your password will be a six digit number representing your birthdate such as 020503 if you were born on February 5, 2003.   2. Enter your information into the\u00a0 job application using Adobe Acrobat \u2013\u00a0ask your instructor for help if needed. Do\u00a0NOT\u00a0complete the information within a browser window.\u00a0 Do Not put your real social security or driver\u2019s license numbers.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Print a copy of your completed job application and place it in your black binder.<\/li>\n
  4. Upload a copy of your completed job application to the Shared Folder I created for you in Google Drive.<\/li>\n
