Students at the NWTC Alva Campus must have applications completed by 4 pm on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.<\/li>\n<li><b>For students:\u00a0<a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/ctyou.org\/course\/index.php?categoryid=1178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Application<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>and<b>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oklahoma.gov\/content\/dam\/ok\/en\/careertech\/about\/foundation\/OthaGrimesScholarshipInstructionsStudent12082021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instructions<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Enrollment Key<\/strong> for Northwest Tech students is\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>wh4mpn<\/strong><\/span> and it is to be entered in the big box on the first page of <a href=\"http:\/\/ctyou.org\/\">CTYOU.org<\/a> labeled Enrollment Code.\u00a0 (Do <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>not<\/strong><\/span> use Scholarship-NWTC because that was the Fall 2021 code.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Information needed in the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">past<\/span> included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All sources of financial aid and scholarships.\u00a0 You may need to get this information from Sonja Williams, Financial Aid Director.<\/li>\n<li>Amount of tuition and fees for your program which is dependent on full time or part time status. Tuition and fees is listed on the NWTC website at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nwtech.edu\/student-services\/financial-aid-tuition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/nwtech.edu\/student-services\/financial-aid-tuition\/<\/a> or by looking at individual program or career option pages which you can get to from <a href=\"https:\/\/nwtech.edu\/classes\/career-programs\/alva-campus-full-time-programs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/nwtech.edu\/classes\/career-programs\/alva-campus-full-time-programs\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Mileage to and from the Alva Campus. You will need to know the number of days in the spring semester (different for Practical Nursing).\n<ul>\n<li>The NWTC Alva Campus calendar is available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nwtech.edu\/about-nwtc\/calendars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/nwtech.edu\/about-nwtc\/calendars\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>For all students except Practical Nursing, there are 90 days in the Spring 22 semester.<\/li>\n<li>You will have to calculate the number of miles you drive from home to the Alva Campus (1801 11th Street, Alva, OK) if you wish to submit mileage. Remember that is doubled if you drive to and from within a day.
