Safety-sensitive is defined as a job that includes operation of a motor vehicle, equipment, machinery, or power tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>General Summary: <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of IT related duties pertaining to Pioneer\u2019s corporate IT infrastructure, systems, and network to ensure its performance and integrity<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The normal hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with on call hours and occasional after hours and weekend duty. Pioneer\u2019s Headquarters are based in Kingfisher, OK however this position could report to one of Pioneer\u2019s offices located in the Tri-City area or throughout Western Oklahoma.<\/p>\n<p ensure their performance and integrity.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Monitors and responds to trouble tickets, support calls and e-mails in a timely manner; engages appropriate support groups in a timely manner to ensure quick and effective repair of services and equipment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Responds to hardware, software and other network related failures and engages appropriate support groups in a timely manner to ensure quick and effective repair of services and equipment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Takes necessary steps to accomplish objectives and displays readiness to take on new tasks.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Adheres to company policies, procedures, and Code of Work Ethics by projecting a positive image of the Cooperative and upholding its best interest by displaying honesty, integrity, and respectfulness in all interactions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Maintains reliability and consistency of work and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Interacts and participates effectively with managers, co-workers, and others; affects positively the performance of other employees, including assisting Qualifications: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Technical School, partial college or equivalent work experience and self-study with an emphasis in Information Technology.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Must maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">\u2022 Must, <i>at minimum<\/i>, meet the attached Certification and Training requirements of the Server\/Systems Network Technician III.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Knowledge of Ethernet Networking and IP Protocols.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Knowledge of managing Microsoft O365 services and applications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Knowledge of computer file management and computer hardware and software.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u2022 Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows, *Nix, MacOS, Android and IOS Operating Systems.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">\u2022 Knowledge of virtualization systems and applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p5\">3<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Knowledge of Systems administration and security protocols.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Knowledge of networking principles, systems administration, and security protocols<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Skill in analytical thinking, problem solving and resolution.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Skill in using mechanical and electrical power tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, blueprints and follow manufacturer\u2019s procedures, regulations, and company\u2019s best practices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Ability to evaluate, test, and repair Technology or comparable experience in managing one or more of the following: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft O365, Linux.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">\u2022 Must acquire a <span class=\"s3\">CompTIA CORE <\/span>certification within 18 months and maintain certification until a higher certification is acquired.<span class=\"s5\">1 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Server\/Systems Technician IV: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li8\">\u2022 Minimum two (2) years of experience in Enterprise Server\/Systems Administration and
