The Marketing\/Community Relations Associate will create and distribute positive branding messages and promote the company\u2019s products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products.<\/div>\n

\n
Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  • Collaborates with the administration team to fully understand promotion and communication needs.<\/li>\n
  • Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective marketing and communications techniques.<\/li>\n
  • Drafts and proposes marketing and communications campaigns through social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.<\/li>\n
  • Presents design ideas and recommendations to the administration team.<\/li>\n
  • Creates and coordinates community outreach and education through event planning.<\/li>\n
  • Leads the patient family engagement program.<\/li>\n
  • Schedules and develops radio, video, and podcast scripts and production.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.<\/li>\n
  • Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.<\/li>\n
  • Handles PR for FEMA and Emergency Preparedness scenarios.<\/li>\n
  • Performs other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Required Skills\/Abilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Preferred Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
      \n
        \n
      • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.<\/li>\n
      • Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.<\/li>\n
      • Physical Requirements:<\/li>\n
      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
