The Care Coordinator\u00a0develops and implements agreed upon sales strategy to achieve territory admission goals. Works with the other sales individuals and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Licensure<\/strong>: Current Driver\u2019s License<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Experience:\u00a0<\/strong>Minimum 4-6 years of experience of healthcare sales preferred<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0Excellent communicator both verbal and written. Effective technical selling skills. Good presentation skills. Detail oriented. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent management skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Environmental and Working Conditions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Works in a routine office environment. Noise level may be moderately high. Ability to work a flexible schedule with extended hours. Ability to travel locally with some exposure to inclement weather. Must have reliable transportation and valid and current driver\u2019s license and auto insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Physical and Mental Effort:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Prolonged sitting and some standing is required. Occasional need to lift, pull, carry and push items weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequent need to stoop, kneel, and reach while accessing files. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and agency needs. Requires excellent problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\">Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ignore-global-css\">\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Achieves territory admission goals<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Makes sufficient number of sales calls to meet with 8-10 decision makers per day<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Demonstrates the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary for the Care Coordinator to effectively present the home health agency&#8217;s value<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Demonstrates effective communication skills with referral sources<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Demonstrates effective presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Assists with development and implementation of quarterly Strategic Business Plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Has a working knowledge of community resources\/vendors. Develops networking relationships in the community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Maintains a professional attitude and works well with others<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Identifies and appropriately resolves referral source concerns<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Maintains accurate expense reports, weekly territory reports and account profile sheets.
