Kiowa District Hospital Career Opportunity – Senior Strong Aide<\/h3>\n

Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity to serve in your community?<\/p>\n

Our Senior Strong program is seeking a reliable person who enjoys working with seniors. This position will work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from about 6:45am \u2013 5:45pm. Hours may vary.<\/p>\n

\n

Job duties include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist the client in completing the program\u2019s welcome packet
\n\u2022 Responsible for transporting clients from their homes to the program and back
\n\u2022 Assist clients\u2019 assessment meetings with the psychiatrist
\n\u2022 Track and schedule individual client\u2019s monthly evaluation meeting with the psychiatrist
\n\u2022 Assist clients with their lunch menu
\n\u2022 Keep clients\u2019 daily attendance record
\n\u2022 Keep monthly client admission and discharge records
\n\u2022 Audit client\u2019s chart for missing signatures or documents<\/p>\n

CNA preferred. A vehicle will be provided by the hospital for transportation.<\/p>\n
