The job responsibilities include: installing LCD\/ DLP video projection systems, speakers (ranging from ceiling mounted to clusters), pulling cabling and terminating A\/V systems; harnessing racks, patch bays and mixing consoles; working at heights; installing components such as touch panels and speakers; The ability to trouble-shoot basic audio, video, and control systems problems is a plus. The successful candidate is self-motivated and professional and is seeking long term employment. The ability to play a musical instrument, read music or a personal interest in electronics, music, sound, lighting, video and\/or security systems is preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ Years\u2019 Experience with Commercial Installation in the AV industry or Related Field<\/li>\n<li>Prior Experience with Commercial Construction<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Solder and Crimp Connectors (XLR, RJ45, TRS, BNC, and F-CONN)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Read and Interpret Construction and AV Drawings<\/li>\n<li>Audio DSP Platform Certification (Ex. Biamp, ClearOne, Polycom) Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Video Processing Platform Certification (Ex. Extron, Jupiter, Christie) Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Control System Platform Certification (Ex.
