Your username is probably your first and last name lowercase without spacing such as mickeymouse or it could be your first name middle initial and last name without spaces such as mickeymmouse .

Your password is a 6 digit number representing your birthdate with the first two representing the month, the second two digital representing the day of the month and the last two representing the year of birth such as 010820 .
