Position Title: IP Server Systems Tech III-VI

Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, this position is considered safety sensitive. Safety-sensitive is defined as a job that includes operation of a motor vehicle, equipment, machinery, or power tools.
General Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of IT related duties pertaining to Pioneer’s corporate IT infrastructure, systems, and network to ensure its performance and integrity
The normal hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with on call hours and occasional after hours and weekend duty.

Essential Job Functions:
- • Provision, test, install, maintain and troubleshoot Pioneer’s corporate on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure, systems and network to ensure their performance and integrity.
- • Provision, test, install, maintain and troubleshoot Pioneer’s corporate on-premise and cloud-based applications to ensure their performance and integrity.
- • Monitors and responds to trouble tickets, support calls and e-mails in a timely manner; engages appropriate support groups in a timely manner to ensure quick and effective repair of services and equipment.
- • Responds to hardware, software and other network related failures and engages appropriate support groups in a timely manner to ensure quick and effective repair of services and equipment.

Essential Job Functions:
- • Takes necessary steps to accomplish objectives and displays readiness to take on new tasks.

- • Responds to after hour’s emergency calls via rotating on call schedule including weekends.

- • Willingly and cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- • High school diploma or equivalent.
- • Technical School, partial college or equivalent work experience and self-study with an emphasis in Information Technology.
- • Must maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.
- • Must, at minimum, meet the attached Certification and Training requirements of the Server/Systems Network Technician III.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- • Knowledge of Ethernet Networking and IP Protocols.
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- • Knowledge of managing Microsoft O365 services and applications.
- • Knowledge of computer file management and computer hardware and software.
- • Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows, *Nix, MacOS, Android and IOS Operating Systems.
- • Knowledge of virtualization systems and applications.
- • Knowledge of Systems administration and security protocols.
- • Knowledge of networking principles, systems administration, and security protocols
- • Skill in analytical thinking, problem solving and resolution.
- • Skill in using mechanical and electrical power tools.
- • Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, blueprints and follow manufacturer’s procedures, regulations, and company’s best practices.
- • Ability to evaluate, test, and repair equipment.
- • Ability to prioritize, organize and work on multiple projects.
- • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing technical environment.
- • Ability to meet deadlines, perform under stress and achieve optimum results.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- • Knowledge of company products/services, policies, and procedures.
- • Skill in using Microsoft Office applications.
- • Skill in using office equipment such as a printer, copier, and telephone system.
- • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with company policy.
- • Ability to demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
- • Able and willing to continue business skill development by attending seminars, conferences, or training away from home for an extended time frame.
Physical Requirements:
- • Sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity including close vision.
- • May be required occasionally to stoop, kneel, or bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- • Must be able to climb, stand on a ladder, and be in confined spaces for extended periods.
- • Ability to drive for extended periods.
- • Must be able to distinguish colors.

Server/Systems Certification and Training Requirements
Server/Systems Technician III:
- • Career Tech courses in information Technology or comparable experience in managing one or more of the following: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft O365, Linux.
- • Must acquire a CompTIA CORE certification within 18 months and maintain certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
Server/Systems Technician IV:
- • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Enterprise Server/Systems Administration and Management.
- • Must acquire a CompTIA Infrastructure certification within 18 months and maintain certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
- • Must acquire or possess a Microsoft 365 MCSA certification and maintain said certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
Server/Systems Technician V:
- • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Enterprise Server/Systems Administration and Management.
- • Must acquire or possess a second Microsoft 365 MCSA certification and maintain said certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
- • Must acquire or possess a VMware VCP or Citrix CCA-N certification and maintain said certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
Server/Systems Technician VI:
- • Minimum four (4) years of experience in Enterprise Server/Systems Administration and Management.
- • Must acquire or possess a third Microsoft 365 MCSA certification and maintain said certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
- • Must acquire or possess a VMware VCAP or Citrix CCP-N certification and maintain said certification until a higher certification is acquired.1
