The Oklahoma State School Board Foundation will present the Dr. Bob Mooneyham Memorial Scholarship again this spring to a deserving Oklahoma high school senior who plans to pursue a career as an educator. The application deadline for the one-year $5,000 scholarship is Jan. 12.
