Career Center Schedule

The semester will be over before we know it!

Remaining regularly scheduled Career Center sessions:

• Friday, April 5
• Friday April 12

Exam Dates:

• SkillUSA Testing (Lyle and Jalin)
  • Wednesday, April 3, any time between 8:15 – 11 am
  • Wednesday, April 10, any time between 8:15 – 11 am

Assignments

Construction Trades students need to complete the following by April 12:

• WorkKeys Assignment
• Resume
• Job Application
• Cover Letter
• Update OK Career Guide account
• Prepare Portfolio Notebook

Obviously we still have a lot to accomplish by April 12th.  Additional instructions will be provided each week and as students progress.

Regarding the WorkKeys Assignments, Resumes, Job Applications, and Cover Letters, I still need the following assignments to be corrected and/or completed and submitted from the students listed below:

• Lyle – Resume, Job Application, Cover Letter
• Ezra – Resume, Job Application, Cover Letter
• Hadyn – Resume, Cover Letter
• Stephen -Resume, Job Application, Cover Letter
• Jalin – Job Application, Cover Letter
• Ty – WorkKeys Assignment, Resume, Job Application, Cover Letter
• Anthony – WorkKeys Assignment, Resume, Job Application, Cover Letter

Students may be able to just initial the corrections I made to the Job Application instead of opening in Adobe Acrobat again.
