I hope to cover the following information today:

1. Class Website – www.nwtech.edu/alvacc/
2. How to use the Announcements menu for class announcements (select your program from the Categories menu) and notices of job openings
3. Personal Financial Literacy begins Wednesday, September 18, for a select group of students.
4. Take a photo of or document the computer number of where you are sitting. This year… no rotating computers if possible!
5. If prompted, do not run any updates on the computers.
6. Can you log in to your Google Drive and view the folder I have created and shared with you?
7. Can you find the Account Username and Password Google Sheet I shared with you?
8. Can you take the Learning Styles Inventory Survey and Assessment at http://nwtech.edu/alvacc/learning-styles/? Be sure to print the Assessment results as well as create a PDF file and store in the Documents drive of the computer in a folder you create and then upload the file to the shared folder on your Google Drive.
9. What are WorkKeys Assessments  – http://nwtech.edu/alvacc/workkeys/ – and why do we need to take them?
10. Can you log in to your WorkKeys account and complete the Profile information?  Returning students have login format of nwtflast which is nwt and then the first letter of your first name and your entire last name.  New students have the format FirstLast which is your first name and then your last name UNLESS I have put something different on your Google document I shared with you.  Passwords should be your birthdate in six digits including two digits for the month, two digits for the day, and last two digits of year.
