Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Maintain and update patient records
-Handle phone calls and correspondence
-Assist with medical documentation and reports
-Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus
-Proven experience as a medical secretary or similar role
-Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures
-Proficient in MS Office and medical software
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
